The Soigné Institute exists to elevate the social and professional standing of those whose work when performed at the highest level is often invisible rather than celebrated.
The Story
The work of Hospitality Professionals combine extraordinary levels of expertise, complexity, high level time management, precise decision making, and sensitive emotional intelligence. And yet, for generations, the work of the floor has been treated as a stop on the way to something else.
I created The Soigné Institute as a rejection to this misguided perception. There is a generation of career professionals who deserve a credible institution behind them: a credential employers respect, an education they can build on, benefits tailored to their lives, and a community that takes them seriously.
