We exist to identify and celebrate the standard-bearers of the craft.

The trades that demand the most have always kept a register. Ours did not. We built one. For generations, the work of the floor has been treated as a stop on the way to something else.

I created The Soigne Society as a rejection to this misguided perception. There is a generation of career professionals who deserve a credible institution behind them: a credential employers respect, an education they can build on, benefits tailored to their lives, and a community that takes them seriously.

I am building that institution. Quietly, deliberately, and in the spirit of the profession itself — Wendy Wilmoth, Founder, The Soigne Society.
